“The Emerson Telecommunication Services groups (ETS) for which I am responsible, are an internal telecommunications service provider to the divisions of Emerson organisations operating throughout the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

Previously we had been using a larger supposedly ‘corporate friendly’ organisation, and the change in all aspects of the provision of hardware and service improved drastically as a result.

Russell has been very flexible in working in with us in terms of direct purchase and also working with our leasing company which requires much co-ordination with our USA based organisation as well

As a result we deal virtually exclusively with them for all our PC and Server hardware requirements, placing orders totalling over £200,000 over the past 12 months.
